“Life would be unbearably dull if we had answers to all our questions.”
Jim Butcher, Death Masks

In The Terrible Tale of Mister Vanderstowe, Delta Green summons a small group of seasoned investigators in the hopes of uncovering supernatural powers at work in the small city of DuBois, Pennsylvania.

HELENA STEDING: This young lady from Pittsburgh is  an aficionado or student of antiquities and things of the past. She is currently visiting the City of DuBois on business, planning to attend the Vanderstowe Estate Sale. Being a museum curator by profession, Helena is extremely interested in the personal collection being sold at the auction.

HOBO WITH A SHOTGUN:  Jon stopped using his name a long time ago. He’s just used to being called “Hobo” now. This transient veteran lives in the DuBois Park under the Sandy Bridge. He served his country bravely as a solider, and he remains a soldier fighting against the evil that sometimes only he can see. He is never far from his trusty shotgun, his Excalibur in his righteous battle against Evil.

LISETTE DUBOIS: Lisette is an officer with Sandy Township Police Department, but she moonlights as a paranormal investigator and parapsychologist. She is sensitive to the energies given off by the Old Ones, and has psychic abilities above and beyond the average citizen.

ADOLPHUS KRIEG: Adolphus is a History professor at DuBois Penn State. He has dedicated his life to the study of paranormal and the Occult. Whatever he cannot defeat with wisdom and keen investigation, he will put down with a combination of his blessed walking stick and shotgun.

MARCUS JENSEN SKILGARDE:  Best known for his short but successful career as a race car driver, Marcus spent his later years studying History and Politic Science. He has had brushes with the Old Ones during his career as a voluntary fireman.
